About the Practitioner

Shauna M. Pick

As a long-term Buddhist practitioner and lover of nature, Shauna sees both as integral in the way she meets, connects with, and supports her clients, informing a presence that is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s unique path.

Originally from the East Coast, Shauna holds a BA in Economics from the University of Mary Washington and received her massage therapy certification from Cortiva – Chicago School of Massage Therapy. For the past 14 years, she has practiced bodywork in Boulder, Colorado, and has trained in a variety of modalities, including Hakomi-informed Somatic Coaching. She specializes in craniosacral therapy, abdominal massage, lymphatic drainage, and post-surgical recovery, with particular experience supporting clients following abdominal, knee, hip, and shoulder surgeries.

Shauna is currently completing dual certificates in Nature-Connected Coaching and Nature-Based Psychedelic Integration Coaching. She is deeply passionate about psychedelic-based harm reduction and regularly volunteers in this space.

By combining integration coaching with bodywork, Shauna supports her clients as they navigate profound experiences and significant life transitions. This includes both preparation and integration support around psychedelic experiences, as well as support before and after meditation retreats, surgery, and other transformative periods when meaningful reflection and support can help new insights take root. These experiences can open the door to significant growth, yet without thoughtful support, their insights can sometimes be difficult to embody and integrate into everyday life.

Over the years, Shauna’s practice has evolved through a deepening understanding of the interdependent relationship between the nervous system, body, and mind. Through both her professional work and personal experience, she has come to appreciate how subtle, nervous-system-oriented approaches can support deep and lasting transformation.

This understanding is what draws Shauna to combine somatic-based bodywork with integration coaching. Having experienced the impact of this approach in her own healing journey, she sees it as a gentle yet profoundly meaningful way to support the body’s innate capacity for balance and restoration. She believes meaningful change and integration can emerge when we create the conditions for the body and mind to reconnect, regulate, and deepen awareness.

Shauna lives with her husband in Old Town Lafayette, Colorado, and maintains a full-time integration and bodywork practice in Boulder. Her work weaves together somatic practice, integration coaching, mindfulness, and nature-based approaches to support clients in reconnecting with themselves and navigating meaningful periods of change.
